For over a decade, the Synestezje Festival has proven that word, sound, and image share a common ground of artistic experience. We seek creators who see images while composing, hear melody while writing, and sense resonance while painting. 

We bring together artists from Poland and abroad, professionals alongside amateurs, across generations and disciplines. Past performers include Kult, Dawid Podsiadło, Maria Peszek, Hey, and Percival Schuttenbach. The festival also hosts a competition for emerging artists, workshops, and exhibitions. 

The first edition took place in 2012 under the name Sophiscapes. In 2013 it became Synestezje - a name it carries to this day as a space for experiment, dialogue, and the discovery of unexpected sensory experiences.
